Shipping

How do you ship cards?

We take shipping seriously. All single cards are placed in a penny sleeve and a rigid top-loader. We use cardboard reinforcements (team bags) and ship securely in bubble mailers to ensure your items arrive in the exact condition they left our shop. High-end cards get extra protection and insurance.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your label is created.

Can I pick up my online order in-store?

Absolutely! If you're local to the Tampa Bay area, you can select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Your order will be ready for you at our Largo, FL storefront during regular business hours.

Authenticity

How do we know these cards are real?

Every single card that enters the Bunker is thoroughly inspected by our experts. We check for weight, texture, light pass-through, and print patterns using jewelers' loupes. We stand behind a 100% authenticity guarantee on all sealed product, raw singles, and graded slabs.

Do you offer grading services or pre-grading?

We don't grade cards in-house, but we are happy to look at your collection and give you our honest opinion on what grade a card might receive if you send it to PSA, Beckett, or CGC. We can also help guide you through the submission process.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

In-store, we accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also accept PayPal for secure online transactions. If you're looking to pay with Crypto, please contact us directly and we can arrange it for high-end deals.

Do you buy whole collections?

Yes, we buy everything from single high-end cards to massive bulk collections and sealed product. Visit our Trade-In page to submit a list, or bring your collection into the store for an evaluation.

What is your return policy?

For sealed product, all sales are final once the shrink wrap is removed. For single cards, we do our best to accurately grade and display them. If you receive a card and feel the condition was misrepresented, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a resolution.
